2 large sitting areas, nice big kitchen, very cozy and very clean, found parking immediately, great instructions by text, great location, will definitely recommend and book again!

Bed was comfy and loved the common space, especially the record player set up. It feels like home. We enjoyed old rock music. Thank you.

The bedroom was pretty smaller than I expected.

The flour to make pie seemed to belong to someone else. I couldn't find the gold star on it. I don't think we should be told to make pie when we don't have the ingredients for it

I couldn't contact the owner throughout my stay. I sent an email to info@greenleaf.cc, called the designated number (+1 347-954-9091), and had to leave a voice-mail but still got no response from them. That was a very poor way to treat a client. All they cared about was my checking in and checking out in time. That was not a smart way of running a business. Apart from the owner not being responsive, the other occupants were noisy. The person in Room 1 seemed to be moving furniture around at different times and someone (seemed to be from the room at the other end of the hallway) was using the bathroom at around 5:00 am while playing loud music, thus preventing me from sleeping.

Thankfully there was a bagel and some cream cheese:) I brought my own coffee, filters and half and half. Luckily there was sugar, too.

There was an odor in the bedroom that I slept in. Maybe the carpet:/ or the comforter? I've noticed that the dryer is always packed full of bedding, whenever I go down to do my small load of laundry...
