Not providing soap, toot pest

Modern, spacious studio apartment in central Rabat, right next to the tram station - 7dh per ride to the medina. The host was attentive to all of our needs (additional towel etc). There is someone available to speak English, which was useful. The flat was relatively clean and all of the basic kitchen essentials were there (cutlery, plates, etc). There is also a mini fridge which was great. They let us check in early, which was really kind.

There were multiple ants in the bathroom and on all of the floors and a few in the bed which made me uncomfortable but it wasn't bad enough for me to leave, we didn't tell the host as we weren't staying for long, but I'm sure they would endeavour to sort it if alerted. The shower leaks, not that badly, but it made the whole bathroom wet. Also, the studio initially didn't have any toilet paper which they sorted out quickly when we asked. A couple of stains on the bed sheets. Also, no body wash or shampoo.

Very friendly and attentive owner who is ready to help with any question regarding your stay in Rabat. Great location closed to the tram stop and local market and shops. Comfortable bed

These are not disadvantages for me but for someone they could be. I have lived at the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. It could be difficult to go upstairs for small children, for older people or for travellers with large bags. It is a little bit noisy at the street at night.

Great budget friendly and clean apartment. A two minute walk from the ocean makes it a great place to stay for cheap. I would just say the road is a bit noisy at night but if you have a white noise app on your phone its perfect!
