Great location and great facilities.

Was made very welcome. Easy to get to from Agdal train station. Apartment clean and comfortable....great pillows. Right next to tram stop to get into centre ville within 10 mins.

If it is a negative, maybe the hot water for the shower was a bit too hot!

Beds were comfortable, and located close to tram and train station.

Our Booking accomodation at Studios Taha was confirmed about month in advance. When we got to the accomodation, we called the owner who informed us that our reservation was CANCELLED because we did not confirm it. We were confused and we asked for wifi in the restaurant nearby, and we saw a message from him that was sent two hours before our arrival ( check-in was from 14h, we arrived about 14:30, his message was at 12:09 the same day). His message was to confirm if we are coming, and if we don't, the reservation is considered cancelled. When we called him, he came to the accomodation and told us that he had given our room to some other people because we did not confirm the reservation on his message. After our complaints, he told this people that they have to leave and gave us the room, which means that the room was not cleaned when we entered. He complained how if we didn't show up he would not be paid, which is not true, since there was a cancellation fee. Furthermore there were no toiletries, hairdryer, and we had pans for cooking, but no stove or any other cooking surface.

I never experienced such thing in my life. Taha cancelled our reservation without any prior notice saying that he was thinking we're a fake reservation. He claimed to call me before hand but definitely didn't. He didn't try to reach to us by phone nor message nor anything else. it was the most unprofessional thing ever. we had to stay somewhere else and pay more than we allocated for it so we don't end up in the streets. I definitely don't recommend it.

The studio was clean and the manager was very nice and helpful. Very satisfied and the price is affordable, very close to the city center and access to all means of transport
