Kayu Sugih Palace

We loved our stay! Great location, clean and while not fancy its value for money. Breakfast was fabulous with lots of variety. Staff were more than kind.

Tucked away and quiet yet close to everything. Clean, balinese gardens and pool is nice. The rooms are refreshingly modern. Nice breakfast.

One negative: When checking out, I asked the young lady at reception for her to call me a Bluebird taxi. She said it would be 15 minutes(no issue). Then a private driver arrived and she said it was my taxi. I said I want a bluebird taxi. Her and the driver basically insisted i take it. After negotiating the inflated price down. Had it not been raining I would’ve walked to the main road. Very disappointing experience to finish my holiday.

A mini oasis! Great location, clean and a wonderful pool.

Room was lovely and quite great location, staff lovely. Really enjoyed our stay will return.

The location was perfect. We walked out the land and left to explore the street or right to go through icon mall to access the beach and lots of places to eat. We hired a bike to explore along the beach for the full length of Sanur. The pool was small but a really nice area. The gardens were beautiful. The area for breakfast was lovely. The rooms were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The day we left to go to Ubud, my daughter realised that evening that she left a bunch of shopping items in out of the cupboards. She was very upset. I messaged the staff who confirmed the items were found by the staff that cleaned the rooms and had been left at reception. They held onto the items for us until we came back to Dempasar to collect on our way home. We were very grateful.

The rooms were not very large so not a lot of room for luggage, but we spent so little time in the rooms it didn't matter.

Location os great

Bien positionné. Icon Bali Mall très proche. Beaucoup de restaurants dans la rue principale. Plage de Sanur à proximité

Mauvaise qualité de lea connexion de la télévision . Support de douche non réparé alors que la chambre et la salle de bain sont récentes.
