Kayu Sugih Palace

The hotel is very well located and peaceful environment, perfect for relaxing. The room was fairly clean, and the bed was comfortable, which made our stay enjoyable overall.

However, there were some downsides. There was a noticeable musty smell in the room, which was quite intense at times. Additionally, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. Without these issues, the hotel could easily be rated much higher

Conveniently located near beach, Icon mall and lots of restaurants and cafes. Clean room and quiet.

Had a heavy downpour during our stay. Flooding made it difficult to get in our car. Also bathroom became plugged. These are main reasons for one star off. But staff was great and very responsive.

We've stayed a number of times at Kayu Sugih and it's never failed to disappoint. The property continues to be very well maintained and cared for. It's exceptionally clean and the pool although not overly big is spotless and a very inviting place to spend the day around. The gardens are beautiful too and the home of a beautiful temple. It's a tranquil oasis of calm right in the heart of Sanur. The room has great light and the air-conditioner works a treat and keeps your room beautifully cool should you need some time out of the heat. You can also have a hot shower too! This isn't always the case in other accommodation. Bottled water is provided every day to brush your teeth and make a cuppa. The staff are excellent and nothing is to much trouble. If you need anything they are always more than willing to help you.

The breakfast a bit average compared to other accommodation we've stayed at. We find the beds very hard but this is subjective depending on what you prefer. We folded our quilt over to make it softer and the staff provided us with another top sheet which we found more than enough to sleep with. There isn't much room to put your cases but we made it work.

La piscine fait du bien après une journée a voir les rues et la plage possibilités d acheter des boissons a l'accueil . Beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner . La chambre est spacieuse
