Gortamullen House, Kenmare

Margaret is a delight. Everything is picked carefully to perfect your stay. The breakfast was delicious

The property was really lovely, clean, bright and full of character. Our host was amazing and it was honestly like going to visit a family member. Nothing was too much trouble. She even showed us a map of the ring of Kerry, recommending a route to take and places to stop. Breakfast was lovely with home made banana bread as well as lots of options on offer. The bed was really comfortable and we had a great night sleep. It was only a short walk into the town too which was great.

Margaret was the perfect host for a quiet farmhouse with beautiful views that was located in a rural setting within a very short walk from town. Her homemade yogurt, breads, granola and farm fresh milk was a perfect start to our day. Margaret was also very helpful with restaurant/pub suggestions and gave us a detailed map route for a desired portion of the Ring of Beara that circles the Beara Peninsula which we did not originally have planned! This stay's proximity to the town of Kenmare, Killarney National Park, Ring of Kerry, and the Ring of Beara makes for a very convenient location to explore this area of Ireland. The farmhouse setting, comfortable room, and Margaret as our host, made for Gortamullen House as one of our best stays on the island of Ireland!

Couple très sympathique qui répond rapidement aux messages. La salle de bain est petite mais suffisante. Présence de petits produits de toilettes dans la douche. Le petit déjeuner et véritablement le vrai plus de ce logement. Pain et Gâteau semblent fait maison. Petit déjeuner continental. Parfait pour débuter la boucle du Ring of Kerry.

La chambre est presque rudimentaire et la literie un peu trop molle à mon goût. Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre. Nous nous sommes fait piqué toute la nuit.... par quoi ? Nous ne le savons pas.

Simple place and room. Don't follow the directions from booking, Margaret sent us a message before we got there with a code, no problems finding the place.Very quiet location, walking distance to town. Breakfast was nice, it had some homemade cake and bread, yogurt and fruits.

Casa di campagna accogliente. Un po datata ma pulita. La signora gentilissima e parlava lentamente per farsi capire da noi che non conosciamo l'inglese. Buona la colazione.

Friendly welcome . Location perfect as a base for Kenmare and onwards around Ring of Kerry. Wonderful breakfast especially the fruit salad,home made bread and scones.
