The location is great, our room was very clean and convenient. Wane and Allison are very nice hosts, super friendly and thoughtful, made our stay perfect! Breakfast was also very good.

We had a wonderful time at Cragside. The hosts, Alison and Wayne were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was immaculate and comfortable. They have taken care of every detail. Beautiful breakfast ... nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely go back and highly recommend.

"Everything was perfect."

Alison & Wayne were absolutely fantastic hosts making us feel welcome, nothing was a bother. They provided leaflets with information, things to do & maps of the lakes. Perfect location, walking distance to park area, town centre & lakeside. Room was big with en-suite shower, toilet, basin & heated towel rail with washing products provided if needed. Bed was very comfortable. Room was serviced everyday & restocked with tea, coffee sugar, milk & clean cups if required. Excellent breakfast set us up for the day.
