It was a lovely B&B, Tim the host was really friendly, chatty and helpful. He seemed genuinely interested in what you had been up to and offered a few ideas for walks etc. He was very attentive, remembering all of our breakfast orders each day. There was a good selection of food, including a cooked breakfast which was tasty. I would recommend!

The room was slightly too small, with a suitcase aswell it was a bit of a squeeze. However, when you’re at the Lakes you spend most of the day outside/hiking so I wouldn’t say it was a big issue!

Lovely host, great cooked breakfast (and granola!), comfy bed and good pillow selection, excellent shower. All spotlessly clean. Easy walk into town and very quiet room.

Breakfast was freshly cooked with lots of choice. The cumberland sausages are a smash. It's very centrally located for Keswick.

Most people would agree that parking is difficult on certain days. There is one parking space next to the property but the roads are lined with cars and some people would find parking an issue.

Very friendly welcome. Very clean. Delicious breakfast. Lovely and homely. Good location.
