"Perfect B&B stay in the heart of Keswick"

Such a perfect location, a couple of minutes walk from town. Our host Tim was great, super chatty and lovely, he made us feel at home. Everywhere was incredibly neat and clean, the breakfast was so delicious! Would definitely stay again!

Tim the owner was lovely and very personable and we loved the quirky victoriana decor. Breakfast was lovely and it was nice that we, and the other guests, were all sat round the same table. It was nice chatting.

Really lovely B&B - Tim was an amazing host! Great location (close to the town and the lake) and nice interiors. The smallest room is indeed quite small so maybe not ideal if you want to spend a lot of time indoors but perfect as a base for some outdoor adventures and town strolls.

"Delightful stay, friendly welcome, lovely room, and ten minute walk from the centre of Keswick."

Very smart, spotlessly clean room. Compact, but perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was delicious, especially the locally made sausages. Friendly greeting from the owner, made sure we had everything we needed.

We didn't have any problems.

The property was clean and comfortable. The host was amazing and breakfast was amazing.

Not the properties fault but parking was an issue in a large van but cars would be able to park easily.
