"House with a View"

The house was beautiful. It was situated above the bay with amazing views. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was delicious and served in the dining area overlooking the bay. John was welcoming and very helpful with information regarding restaurants and bars. The house was a convenient walk from town.

Be aware there is no elevator

John is a fantastic host. The location is just out of town but an easy drive. The views of the harbour are fantastic. Room was fine & Irish breakfast was a treat!!! Would definitely stay again when back in Kinsale.

Amazing location, beautiful view from room and lounge. Very quiet. Room had everything I needed. Friendly owner. Great breakfast. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Road to property a bit narrow and windy but not really a problem and definitely worth the drive to such a special place.

"Great stay recommend"

We had a wonderful room with a view of the river. The breakfast the next day was outstanding. We parked near the municipal building which was a short drive and then had an easy wal into town.

It would have been nice to be closer to town but the view and the hospitality made up for that.
