The property is very clean with comfortable rooms. It is in an ideal location, with an easy walk to restaurants, the square and the malecon. The staff were very nice. It was also quiet when I was there.

An elegant, beautifully designed B&B. Our room was spacious, comfortable and the beds and linens were excellent! The Sunday brunch music was a treat! The inside sitting area (with fire in the mornings) was a plus. The location was superb, right in the middle of town and only a block or 2 away from the malecón.

The outside common areas, patios, are shared with the resident coffee shop and smoking is allowed. In particular the back patio was often visited by a chain smoker who stayed hours at a time and made the space unusable because I am sensitive to smoke. The central outdoor patio often smelled of very strong cleaning products due to a drain that stayed full. If you are not sensitive to odors/chemicals as I am, this would be a small complaint in an otherwise outstanding hotel.
