überteuerter Wäsche-Service, Frühstück findet draussen statt (unter offenem Dach) und es war recht frisch.. abgelegen, nicht mal ein kleiner Laden in der Nähe..

Si trova nel verde e non nel caos della città. Carina la terrazza dove si fa colazione

Si tratta di un'abitazione adatta ad albergo, alla reception non c'è mai nessuno e bisogna cercare in giro qualcuno che ti dia retta. In 4 giorni in uno non hanno rifatto la camera e in un altro non hanno lasciato gli asciugamani grandi. Il letto è duro e la colazione non ha nulla di dolce.

I liked the beautiful environment full of trees, peaceful, clean air, green place, excellent breakfast, delicious soup, pasta, ... . Eating breakfast in the patio and sitting in the yard is so enjoyable.

The problem is the location. It is quite far from the city center. There is no access to public transportation. Moreover, there are a few shops and restaurants in the area. In addition, there is no hospital or pharmacy close to the hotel.

Clean hotel in a quiet area of Almaty. Slightly outside of town center (45 mins walk to Kok Tobe cable car). Excellent fresh and copious breakfast. Room was very clean, bed confortable and the room is well sound-proofed (our room was next to the breafast area however we could not hear any sound).
