It had snowed in Almaty and the temp outside was -16 deg C. We had asked the hotel to make arrangements for the transportation and it was flawless . The area in and around the stay site was covered in snow!! There was enough clear space for us to get in . The rooms were decent sized and comfortable. The room heating was good and kept the cold away with the interiors carpeted and heated the complete accommodation area was warm . Hot running water was available 24 hrs. Breakfast was very good. Daily some 4 items would be new. There is a Central park nearby a great place for kids and adults alike...

Because it had snowed the path became slippery as the water started to form on the compacted areas...Also taxi is the only way to the place although if you walk a hundred yards or so you could reach the main road. Carrying the luggage to the room was a task as there is no lift ( only ground and upper floor ) and we didnt feel like troubling the girl at the reception counter..although she did say she would haul all our luggage to our respective rooms!!!

Менеджер Элина очень хорошая! Знает несколько языков, заботливая, внимательная. Очень мне помогла. Очень стильный дизайн. Достаточно чисто. Хороший завтрак.

Были трудности с eqonaq. Впервые с таким сталкиваюсь. Но в итоге разобрались, молодцы. Ещё было бы неплохо поставить в коридор какие-то кресла, а то там совершенно негде присесть.
