Ottimo posto, vicina al centro, fermata navetta a 3 minuti, sig. Franca cortese e disponibile e un saluto ad Argo

La posizione è molto buona, con una breve passeggiata si arriva in centro. La proprietaria è gentile e accogliente. Si dorme bene ed è pulito.

I servizi in bagno tipo sciampo e phon non li ho visti. La colazione ha molto margine di miglioramento.

L'empatia e la genuinitá della Sig.ra Franca, un valore aggiunto! Consigliata a chi ama gli animali Il simpaticissimo cane Argo vi accoglierá scodinzolando. La struttura dista 20 minuti a piedi dal centro di Assisi per cui si puo lasciare l'auto tranquillamente fuori la struttura. Degno di nota la torta alle mele che la Sig.ra Franca offre a colazione. Ritorneremo.

The location was handy.

Very inflexible hostess. She didn’t make us feel welcome at all. We had a bedroom and access to a narrow balcony. No garden. Franco led us to the bedroom and just closed the door. We felt like we were intruding. We had our own teabags but she refused us even boiling water after our long drive. We've stayed in over 27 places on our trip and this place is poorest bar one. Would not even give us boiling water at breakfast. Said she wasn't a hotel and gave us luke warm tap water. But her coffee was not good and we preferred our own instant coffee. Breakfast was a small amount of cake. No water or refill. Be aware there is a large dog here.

Franca is a nice lady. She prepared us coffee, tea and cake or croissant for our breakfast. Breakfast is from 8:30-9:00. The bed was clean and comfortable. The house is not far away from the center but it's a little bit up the hill

I would like to have shampoo in the shower and a cotton shower mat to get out of the shower and not to stand on a cold wet floor.
