Coukd walk to the old town easily. Fascinating city. The host was great, home made breakfast, very nice.

Balcony view and garden were nice. Decoration is unique.

It was impossible to get hot water for tea. I wasn't notified before for the tourist tax of 8 euros.

The home and grounds were wonderful. Way up with a panoramic view of the valley. I travel by public transportation, and although the bus comes not too frequently (and I knew this beforehand) there is a stop 300-400 meters away. I liked that it was not "in town" but yet up in the old city. The people were very nice there and the city itself is exceptional. The host was very nice too.

Breakfast was very lite especially the first morning. On the next 2 mornings, she made a homemade fruit yogurt that was nice. And, of course coffee. And even though the view was fantastic and their was a balcony, it was not really set up for sitting and enjoying. One thing I get a lot though, hosts sometimes don't understand that guests use buses. If it were me, I would give exact instruction of which number bus to take to get to the home.

The property looked absolutely gorgeous and the room was very pretty. It's close to the Grand hotel Assisi and around 20 minutes walk from the main city.

Property has a dog (which is very nice and friendly) and this should be mentioned in the listing.
