It was extremely cold and humid. I left the heating on during the morning as I wanted to find a warmer room as I came back and had to pay extra for the extra use of the heating. Ended up with a flu after two nights.

If the heater was not turned off during the night and was too cold at winter time. They don’t turn on the heater until 7 in the evening and turned it off at 10 PM owner trying to save money and energy. I was so uncomfortable.

Colazione tipo base e misurata con prodotti imbustati (fette biscottate, yogurt, vaschette marmellata. E fetta di dolce semplice (panettone, torta semplice..) Caffé e acqua calda per The con macchina distributrice. Comoda la cucina ampia . Nella settimana del mio soggirono temperature basse 2gradi mediamente con nebbia. Camera e cucina poco riscaldate. Bagno con termosifone spento non funzionante (camera n.3). Posizione comoda al centro di Santa Maria. il supermercato conad dista 15min a piedi. Assisi dista 40min a piedi.

In primis farei funzionare i termosifoni: quello acceso in camera era poco caldo ed era acceso la mattina un paio d'ore al massimo e la sera dalle 20e30 circa . Lavorando in camera per diverse ore ho dovuto indossare la giacca e cappello. Nel bagno inserirei una mnesolina per i saponi in doccia ed una mensolina per riporre il necessare sopra il lavabo. Aggiungerei anche alcuni ganci per appendere asciugamani.

Para além das instalações e do atendimento que são excelentes, os anfitriões foram muito gentis comigo e com minha família. Tivemos um atraso inesperado na chegada e eles nos recepcionaram com muita gentileza. Na saída, permitiram que as malas fossem retiradas depois do check-out.

Хорошее расположение.

Понятно что по меркам Ассизи цена за номер не высока, но так экономить на отоплении нельзя. Было очень холодно. Кофе, несколько кусочков выпечки и йогурт не может считаться завтраком. Звукоизоляция отсутствует
