Posizione e cordialità ineccepibili. I gestori molto ospitali e disponibili. Camera accogliente e colazione soddisfacente. Parcheggio comodo.

Necessaria un po' di manutenzione. Tapparella che non si chiude del tutto, polvere nelle parti non a vista. Bagno molto piccolo senza mensole di appoggio. Ventola molto rumorosa. Saliscendi della doccia che cadeva continuamente, in pratica non utilizzabile.Niente di drammatico ma meglio migliorare

It was very pleasant with kind owner, making himself available to help with any problems that might come up. Nice room large bathroom well lit kitchen. Nice woman who worked there and helped with luggage at my departure. Lots of space.

Initially owner helped regulate shower but afterwards I still had problems with the temperature. Not comfortable matress. No decent lighting to put on makeup. But worst thing that changed my following day which was extremely important due to my needing to be well rested for a choir performance and a morning rehearsal in Assisi was on my last night there at midnight there were loud noises coming from downstairs. My call to the owner received no answer so I went downstairs to talk with the son who was having a noisy birthday party of 15 people. He promised there would be no more noise but at 1.20 am loud voices and people on stairs and doors shutting awoke me. Due to my tirednesd I had to cancel my lessons the next morning, give up a pre-paid lunch, drive back to rest at my home a half hour away. The owner never called or wrote me, or he rightfully should have warned me of this birthday celebration beforehand. The tiredness carried into my afternoon which I blame on such a poor night's sleep which was due to this surprising noisy situation. I was extremely disappointed and did not appreciate that I was neither advised about the noise there would be nor contacted to receive an excuse for the disruption. I had looked forward to this special occasion in Assisi for a year, due to a terrible night's sleep it changed many things for me making it difficult to say it was a successful experience.

Personale accogliente e disponibile

L’accueil était super, mon hôte m’a tout expliqué en anglais ce qui m’a permis de connaître tout ce dont j’avais besoin pour mon séjour et pour les transferts vers la cité. En plus il y a un parking gratuit juste en face de la maison et le quartier est tranquille.

J’ai eu un peu peur au début parce que l’établissement se trouve dans la ville basse. Mais le transfert vers la cité se fait très bien en bus et l’établissement est proche de la Basilique Notre Dame des Anges.
