The location in the town was excellent close to the center. The Yorkshire breakfast was superb as was the homemade cookies daily.

"Bitter sweet"

Faulty booking process. Had to book twice for same room as e-mail said room unavailable. I am £124 out of pocket. Will not be staying again

Perfect location with car parking right in the centre of the busy market town Bedroom was comfortable and well provisioned with tea coffee etc and daily surprise home made cakes. Breakfast excellent.

"Lovely and comfortable with a fab breakfast"

Warm and comfortable room, extensive views towards Middleham, the Low Moor gallops and the hills. Fabulous breakfast.

Little noisy at times and could hear other guests speaking and singing, but I think that is probably just due to the location at the top of the stairs. Was quiet at bedtime though.
