On site parking but also parking 1 min away , fantastic location we were in room 1 and had full view of the dales , it was also just right for visiting the local shops pubs and market which was on as it was Friday, the owner was very welcoming and the breakfast was one of the best , the room was great and the bed was so comfortable with quality bedding and pillows , windows top quality also I am a light sleeper and didn't hear a peep from outside. Gem of a place don't miss this one out .

Sink in the bathroom was too small. We struggled in the car park, which was sloping and on a busy junction . We were nervous about exiting backwards onto the road.

The size of the room and the decor. The ensuite was gorgeous with lots of room for both of us and the choice of a shower or bath. Parking was great too and the owner was charming.

I think we liked everything! We'll be back.

Lovely B&B in Leyburn. Host very friendly and attentive. Clean room and facilities. Good location.
