The welcome, the character, history and decor of the property. Extra touches, water and chocolates in the bedroom, great coffee & tea selection for guests. The choice for breakfast was phenomenal, so many tasty options.

Beautiful location - peaceful, relaxing and just what we needed. Old farmhouse - beautifully decorated. Offered everything we needed.

A little bit warm in the Hayloft but to be expected given the good weather.

The house is beautifully done and spotless

I didn’t like the bathroom down the hall and I am sorry to say the eggs in the morning were quite grey - Not yellow like my free range eggs at home

I absolutely loved staying at Lut's place. The house and gardens are beautiful, the hosts are really friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was great, and I had the best sleep I've had for years!! (10 hours!!). I originally chose Lut's Place because it was near to where I wanted to be. It was so much more than I anticipated! I hadnt really looked at the website before booking. When I arrived I was blown away - a lovely house and garden, a sense of peace and welcome, and the best night's sleep ever! Thankyou !!!!

Nothing to dislike!
