Location, property, garden etc. were beautiful. There was an extensive, delicious breakfast Menu, which we both appreciated, along with the convivial & interesting conversation.

Shower facilities were excellent, however we generally prefer private, en-suite bathroom, so will endeavour to book earlier in future, to secure the Hayloft! 😉

Breakfast was very good in the company of the hosts both of whom are delightful & interesting people. The room was small & up a slightly awkward staircase, perhaps not ideal for elderly or infirm, but there are other rooms that have easier access, personally it was no problem & added to the charm of the property.

if there had been other guests the only downside would be a shared bathroom, however the bathroom was modern very clean with plenty of hot water. Overall well above the average of other B&B accommodation I have stayed at tin the past

The location was fantastic, lots of walks nearby and easy reach of Lincoln.

Breakfast was excellent and vegetarian only.

Would have liked a TV in the room. Room was spacious, very clean and very comfortable.

Great breakfast. Good location and lots of parking. Quiet with good countryside views. Easy access from the main road. Our hosts were very welcoming and sociable.

No radio/clock in the room. Hot water tap was difficult to turn on/off.
