Lut and Bruce were the perfect hosts. They made us feel so welcome with tea and homemade mince pies on arrival. Our room was beautiful, complete with festive touches that made our holiday extra special. The breakfast was an absolute treat - so many delicious options. We’d love to go back for another holiday there.

Everything was simply perfect about this little gem of a place ! We must have been divinely guided to stay here and meant to meet the wonderful couple Lut and Bruce. What an absolute delight . Nothing too much trouble. Delicious food and such a variety of healthy options to choose from which was a wonderful surprise. We were instantly made to feel most welcome in their chocolate box, beautifully presented farmhouse. Complete with therapy massage room, meditation space and a cosy living room, complete with a wood burning fire . Will definitely be returning to see you both . We had been looking for a quiet but not too secluded little spot in the Licolnshire countryside to treat ourselves to a summer getaway - and we probably found the best place to do so: Lut's Place is an absolute gem! Set amongst fields, trees and horse paddocks with The Beck and the river Witham running close by, it is only a 15-minute drive away from Lincoln city centre and easy to find. There's ample space for parking one's car. The 300-year old farmhouse has been beautifully restored with an eye for detail: The hallway from the entrance leads to the guest lounge, which offers comfy seating, books, board games and a fireplace, as well as the big kitchen with its spacious seating area that overlooks the garden and its trees, flowers and wildlife. The wooden staircase leads up to a small tea/coffee corner, Lut's treatment room, the three guest rooms (all tastefully decorated, exceptionally clean and offering maximum comfort and coziness) and bathroom facilities. Every evening, you get to choose next morning's breakfast from a large and varying selection of breakfast classics as well as Lut's and Bruce's specials on the menu. After a good night's sleep, your choice of breakfast is freshly prepared whilst you sit back, relax and have a morning chat with Lut and Bruce (and any other guests that happen to be having breakfast at the same time) over a cup of tea or coffee or a glass of juice or a smoothie. The food is a work of art with particular attention paid to organic ingredients and vegetarian options. Scrumptious! Last but not least, Lut and Bruce are simply wonderful people to be staying with. What a wholesome experience - we very much look forward to revisiting!
