Un très beau séjour en famille. Je remercie beaucoup Ramona pour sa gentillesse et son hospitalité. La villa est très propre, dans un cadre agréable et sécurisé (la piscine est également superbe). Je recommande vivement cette villa tant pour une halte ou pour visiter cette tres belle région qu'est la Toscane. Encore un grand merci à Ramona pour son extezme de gentillesse. Une adresse à retenir.

"If you are in the Livino area and need a place. to stay for a night, or more (I’d recommend more), give this place a go."

It was easy to find and after the crowds of Napoli, the quietness was welcomed. The amenities were great and just what I needed. The service was second to none, breakfast was light and tasty. Even the coffee machine did a good job of a half decent cappuccino.

There’s nothing I didn’t like. It was perfect for me.

Quiet, clean and everything we needed for a relaxing stay - 4 people. Ramona and her husband were very helpful with tips for the surrounding sights and parking tips and shopping tips for Firenze.

Very good breakfast, great location right next to Livorno. After sightseeing, you can return to a very quiet place and relax by the pool. The room is equipped with great air conditioning. The hostess was very nice, helpful and gave advice about tourist attractions in Tuscany. She personally prepared the entire sightseeing plan for me during our stay :) A quiet, safe place, fenced on all sides with a private parking lot.
