Great people running the bed and breakfast, breakfast was really good

We did not have any issues.

The tiniest room is located in a barn, and when I asked about this on a screenshot she sent with confirmation of no provided despite our booking confirmation detail, said it was the lowest level of a room pricing. But when I made the reservation, it did not mention a barn only in her SnapShot of her screen, did it indicate it would be a barn and then she dismissed that detail. But when my husband arrived, it was a tiny room (not even a space.to open a suitcase) in a barn and a horrible ant infestation. The owner or manager was pleasant enough, but $100+ for a room in a barn is absurd! Not a "farmhouse chic" location!

The room was quiet and comfortable and the owner was friendly and welcoming.

The way hosts Tim and Rachel took our money, declined to offer any form of refund when we made a request and gave us the silent treatment when we reached out to them to discuss. And had the audacity to send us a message saying thanks for the tip. Background We found ourselves stranded after we arrived at our Greenville accommodation on dusk (around 7 pm) and after a long day to find it cancelled due to power outage caused by the recent storm. That property made a full refund. The nearest available accommodation was at Belton (45 minutes away) so we attempted to book and were unsuccessful, we thought. We then found and booked the next nearest accommodation in Abbeville (1hr 15 minutes away) and drove there through storm damaged areas and without access to communication. Upon arrival in Abbeville we discovered that our booking at Belton had in fact been confirmed and we immediately advised Belton of our circumstances, that we had thought our booking had been unsuccessful and that we would have to cancel. ‘No worries at all’ was the response from Belton and we also then noted an earlier text message (at 7:34pm) saying ‘Thanks for the generous tip!’ We later respectfully requested a refund and it was declined. Still waiting for a response to our subsequent communications.

This beautiful. Quiet, peaceful. The breakfast was so good and fresh. I highly recommend!! 10/10

I have no complaints this place is great!!

They were willing to take us in, even though it was pretty late at night. The bed & breakfast was very unique and comfortable. The property owner was very nice, and accommodating, and the house was beautiful!!

There was a little more traffic noise than we expected but we got used to it and still got a good night’s sleep.
