"Misleading information."

Looked like a cute hotel but bad customer service, poor communication, and some incorrect info on the listing.

No response to our communication - call or email. Says free breakfast on the listing, got an email the night before saying breakfast is not included and is actually $12 per plate (what will be on the plate???) and you need to let them know before 5pm the night before you want it. Prices ended up being higher than expected and, again, poor customer service.
