Maria is the best. We want to go back and stay a week at this place. The location is stunning, the breakfast was my kids' favorite meal on the whole trip. We loved it here. It's like Big Sur in Italy.

The breakfasts on our own deck were incredible, and our host was the sweetest person. She treated us like family. The sound of the sea was magical.

Great location- right on the water. Great view. Out of town so the only noise we heard was the ocean. Maria was a beautiful host who went out of her way to look after us and make sure we had a great stay.

The hospitality and friendliness of the host Maria Rosaria are truly exceptional. She is also a great cook, and the breakfast she gave us was plentiful and very tasty. Though the room was not very big and is completely adequate for a couple, and the sea view from the window and the terrace is unbeatable. The location is amazingly quiet: you can only hear the sea down below.

It is a bit of an adventure to get to the place driving from the highway down a very narrow road, but if one has any problem with it, Maria Rosaria offers an option to park near a restaurant on the main road, and to help with the transportaton back and forth.

This little slice of paradise is off the beaten path, and that makes it very special. Maria has created a cozy, welcoming haven for weary travelers who are ready for some relaxation in gorgeous surroundings overlooking the sea. It was a very private and peaceful experience.

Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

A beautiful home overlooking the sea. There is a terrace where Maria served us wine and antipasti as we watched the sun set. The room was so sweet and all the marvelous flowers and trees make you want to stay longer. This is a hidden-away gem. And breakfast was amazing!

The drive down is challenging (fold in your car mirrors), but worth the challenge.

Zia Yaya is a great B&B in a beautiful setting, but the best part of our stay was the hostess, Maria. Maria was the kindest, nicest person, and served the best breakfast we had during our two weeks in Italy. Zia Yaya is a hidden gem!
