"Quiet, high quality B+B with good access to Boston."

Location was good - outside town, so was in quiet residential area. We were very well looked after by Stuart and Denise who were friendly but not intrusive. There was a full, delicious, and varied breakfast.

There was nothing we didn't like.

"B and B as it should be."

Immaculately clean throughout, thoughtful touches like a choice of regular or decaf teabags in the room, quality choice of fruit and cereals and perfectly cooked full English breakfast. Lovely hosts who provide the sort of service they would like to receive themselves.

"Comfortable, welcoming, recommended"

Denise & Stuart are attentive, helpful hosts. Their BnB is a few minutes walk from fishing lakes and woodland walks and a short drive to RSPB Frampton Marshes. Very clean, tidy, well maintained and equipped property with large garden. Delicious breakfast!
