"Absolutely brilliant."

We very much enjoyed our stay, the breakfasts were really good. The welcome could not have been better, Stuart and Denise were brilliant, with very good recommendations, advice on places to see and visit. We will definitely be staying again. Thank you very much for a great holiday.

Location chosen for visiting Lincolnshire Aviation Museum. Very clean and tidy, hosts most welcoming. Breakfast very good. Locally sourced traditional Lincolnshire Sausages very tasty. Overall well recommended.

"Beautiful property in a lovely location"

Beautiful property in a lovely location. Ideally placed for visits to the RSPB site. Athough I wasn't hopeful, I requested an early check in and Stuart made it happen. The vegetarian breakfast was great. The room was spotless, comfortable and tastefully decorated. I highly recommend this B&B.

The location of the property was perfect for us. It was very clean and modern throughout. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. There was nothing we didn't like. Would definitely recommend to other travellers.

Ideal location. Stuart and Denise made you feel welcome from the moment we arrived at the property. Very relaxed home from home. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was very comfortable and decorated/furnished to the highest standard. Would not hesitate in recommending this B&B to others.
