The breakfasts were exceptional. Hosts very friendly and some interesting conversations were had. Whole house was sparkling clean. Easy access to town.

We like to rely on our hosts to have interesting and maybe unusual knowledge of what is on in the area. This was not really forthcoming.

I only stayed one night before the Boston Marathon in 2025 and didn't therefore try the breakfast, but what I found was exactly what I needed: a very clean and comfortable room and friendly, accommodating hosts. While it is situated in the outskirts of Boston proper, it is only a short car ride into town with plenty of parking. Fully recommended.

Excellent place to stay and breakfast was superb.

Very convenient for Boston (6 minutes from the tennis club where I was working!). Breakfast was delicious. Room very comfortable. I had everything I needed and parking was ample and easy access. Fantastic hosts.

Denise and Stuart are wonderful hosts and made me very welcome. A spotlessly clean and comfortable room for a good night's sleep, followed by a delicious breakfast with all the trimmings. Even home baked bread. Enjoyed our chat about music too.

Very picky but bathroom light was quite dim, thank goodness for the bathroom mirror lights.

Beautiful lodgings, very clean and Stuart and Denise truly beautiful people, can’t recommend them highly enough.
