Location, friendly staff, room size, pool area and felt secure.

"Good for walking to the beach"

Location and staff were very good actually. Sheets and towels were replaced a lot.

Sheets always had stains even if they were switched. Wifi was barley working at all. Walls are so thin I would've woken up from people walking outside.

Nice pool, very nice staff, very helpful

That there were no windows (in the sense that you only have shutters that block 100% or nothing) so you can‘t really wake up by sunlight.

"Great staff, facilities need work"

Staff is amazing, such a good people, always want to help u, I had an AC problem in first room, so they moved me to another room. They will help u with the laundry.

Internet is fast if u r in the room close to the center, if not, its really bad signal. My room had bad ventilation, it was hot and humid all the time

"Quiet & Comfy"

Great location, near the beach but far from the noise. Many restaurants and bars nearby. The staff is very friendly and supportive. Highly recommended if you are looking for practical, comfy accommodation in Canggu.
