The service and hospitality

The breakfast was good but the rest was all bad.

The bathroom blinds were broken, the bathtub has a hole in it, the corners of the unit were all dirty, the wifi was terrible with no signal in my room and had to use my mobile data, the day I arrived one of the staff just entered the room without knocking and I locked my room after that as it felt like I had no privacy. The next day I went out for work and when I came back they were busy cleaning but did not consult with me regarding a time or anything, when i entered the room the TV was on max volume and she didn't even hear me enter, she also ate a peach and she just put the half eaten thing on the coffee table while working and not in a dustbin. I complained about the WiFi and that i have no signal and they just said that the wifi is on and that is it.

Everything I mean everything. I was so impressed with everything about The Shoes it met my expectations.

The attitude of staff was excellent

I liked the cleanliness and the air-conditioning.

I didn't like the noise from the passage way, the Wi-Fi didn't work, the TV wasn't a smart TV because DStv programming gets redundant, there was no cutlery like teaspoons for tea at least, there was no shower door so the floor got wet, there was only 1 big towel, and only 1 tiny bar soap, no conditioner, no shower cap and no shampoo.

Everything about staff attitude and cleanliness

Randomly smell of tobacco smoke, had to put a towel beneath the door immediately when entering the room. Improve smoking policies

The location and the neatness

I booked a room with a bath but I was given a one with a shower

The Bed was not comfortable on both shoes1 and shoes 2 the Beds are not comfortable

Double Beds were going to be much better and more comfortable and the Bed splits into two while sleeping
