Casa "La 44"

la amabilidad de la encargada, es fenomenal, muy amable, hospitalaria, esa rebanda de pay, deliciosa!, la platica, todo estuvo excelente.

La chambre avec Hamac était au top, nos enfants ont adoré. Accueil d'Isabelle et de sa sœur très agréable, Isabelle est au top question Histoire culturelle sur la ville.

L'emplacement un tout petit peu excentré. Mais avec un Uber ou un taxi pour 40 $m tout va bien.

La amabilidad de Isabel y su conocimiento acerca de la cultura del país, sus buenos consejos y recomendaciones para visitar lugares. El desayuno incluido muy bueno ( abundante fruta, café, pan. La habitación muy amplia, cómoda, luminosa y limpia. Aire acondicionado y ventilador. Barrio tranquilo y sin ruidos. El patio con la piscinita. A tan solo 5 minutos en taxi (Didi,Uber) del centro. Muy buena relación calidad precio. Además nos facilitó la renta de un coche a buen precio con agencia local y buen servicio. Todo bien.

Very nice place, lovely host! It's a bit of walking to the city but everything else is great!

Big and comfortable room with a private bathroom just outside the room. Nice terrace. A/C and wifi work fine. Close to the center, shops, and restaurants. Good breakfast. Isabel, very pleasant host.

What a gem!! Time spent at Isabel’s lovely home will be cherished. My upstairs room was so comfortable and clean. Spacious. Windows opening over a front patio, ceiling fan, and a/c when needed. The back rooftop is a lovely space for yoga or daydreaming. The pool is so nice for a warm day’s dip! Isabel’s breakfast time’s were so nice, spent chatting with her and other guests. When my flight got delayed and I rescheduled for the next day, Isabel welcomed me back. Felt like I was home. What a gem of a homestay! The house is about a 20 minute walk to the center of town.

Nice room, comfortable, clean, nice A/C and a wonderful host who fed us a wonderful breakfast every morning. She is very helpful telling you about places to visit, ways to get there; she goes the extra mile.

In Merida the Public transport (bus or Va y Ven) routes all end and/ or start closed to the City market which is about 8 blocks from property, you can ride the bus but you still have to walk few more blocks to Center. Several bus lines stops are across the street. This is more of a City issue, the area where property is located is safe so it is easy to walk to Center where are most of the attractions, restaurants & bus terminal to ride to Progreso Beach and other destinations.

Isabel is a wonderful host; caring, attentive, and very personable. Our stay was positively memorable. Our room was big, the beds were clean and comfortable and we appreciated the private bathroom. There’s lots of outdoor space for relaxation too! Excellent value!

The host, Isabel, was very attentive and helpful, a good communicator.

Although I was assured the neighborhood was safe, as a woman traveling solo, I’m glad I had friends in the area to walk me home at night.I would’ve liked the latch on the exterior door to close more securely (note: there is an exterior locked gate outside of that door).
