the location is outstanding, very close to main attractions, the staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. best stay choice for visiting chocolate hills.

Staff, cleanliness and quality of bed linen and towels was exceptional.

The place is an extension of the family owners we think the owners live next door and can be very noisy with bright lights.

Insects (ants) all over bed sheets. Breakfast was prepared w/o notice by staff. Said they will reheat, not remake the breakfast. I ate elsewhere even as meal was included in rate. never again.

Away from major city, but the manager helped arranged the pickup from airport at night with fees. The staffs were helpful and friendly.

The area of this place is not at all cosy and the room is just functional They advertise a resort-style restaurant and menu but when we arrived and asked to order food around 5/6pm we were told it would not be possible with no explanation… we booked this place as we needed an easy night to stay between two stops so this was really inconvenient. Especially that there were no food options in the area and the route this place is located in is creepy and dangerous to walk in at night Toilet flush does not work

The hosts were amazingly helpful the place was super clean with great aircon. Easy access to the Chocolate Hills, Adventure Park and Pigmy monkey sanctuary. We also hired scooters from them to look around. Great experience. We caught a local bus from Tubigon Authority Port which was super easy. We had 2 nights there. Travelled as a family - 2 adults, 2 teenagers

The staff were amazingly helpful and service oriented...they took great care of our every need including helping us to get to our next destination.

There wasn't much within walking distance so it is a nice place to rest and relax but probably not for very long stays

Overall, I am very impressed with the property. This is by far the only local (Boholano) accommodation that made an impression.

The food prepared was a bit salty.
