All we can say is we feel home here the people are so friendly and kind very accomodating.

really enjoyed my stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Would definitely stay again

Overall a good stay, but I wish the room had better soundproofing and the Wi-Fi was more reliable. A few small improvements could make it excellent.

Room 2 shower has weak pressure

Logement propre et agréable pour un passage une nuit. Il se situe le long d’une grande voie à proximité des Chocolates Hills, c’est donc très pratique de faire une étape ici. Possibilité de louer un scooter sur place ce qui nous a bien aidé pour aller au restaurant le soir. Merci pour l’accueil

Proche des Chocolates hills mais loin d’une ville et de restaurants. Il semble indispensable de louer un scooter

Camere nuove, pulitissime e spaziose, personale gentile e molto disponibile in ogni momento ad aiutare il cliente. Cibo economico e molto abbondante compresa la colazione inclusa. Posizione ottima per chi vuole visitare le chocolate hills.

The location is convenient to walk to the Chocolate Hills. Breakfast was fine.

We stayed for one night only, arriving late in the evening and checking out early in the morning. The check-in experience was a bit rough: we were received by the security guard (?) who carried a gun and couldn't speak a lot of English.The room is very basic and it could be cleaner and maintained better, specially the bathroom. We found hair, dust, fluff and cockroaches. In the morning, they prepared the breakfast tables just outside our room, and the noise and music of the waiters preparing the tables woke us up.

The place was spot on, good access for all the local attractions.

The shower head was damaged.

I liked their breakfast and location.
