Location within minutes from the train station was great and the main reason I booked.

This is only a room being booked. This is shared bathroom and toilets (1 bathroom/toilet) for 4 rooms. My room was clean but poorly ventilated and there were no fans/ventilators provided to manage the room temperature overnight resulting in poor sleep. I was looking forward to a “continental breakfast” and was greatly disappointed from the tesco like low quality croissant that had been opened long enough to turn blue, to a lack of choice and comfort really as this is all presented in a tiny kitchen without sitting space. Overall and expensive one night house sharing.
