The owner was super nice, the place was very clean and newly refurbished, highly recommend for staying in Palermo 🙂

THERE IS NO KITCHEN, there is a mistake in the offer. You can't use it, only for making coffee and tea, no pot, cutting board, peeler knife. breakfast is poor (small sweet croissant, jam, nutella, yoghurt, coffee, tea, cereal, toss bread) if you want to make your own, you don't have the option. I was looking for offers from the kitchen because I am a vegetarian and I eat specific products. I was very confused. I often use offers on booking.pl and I don't have time to find out what it means for the host that there is a kitchen. The description is misleading. besides, two cockroaches on the walls, and dirt flew out of the air conditioning.

it was noisy. The water pump in the building makes a noise at all hours. Traffic noise. Also not in a great area of town. Feels quite rough. Breakfast was cheap.

It was renovated and very clean room , the kitchen had a lot of supplies and water in the fridge! The breakfast was the basic European breakfast which was ok !! Although the neighborhood at night didn't seem so good ( no street lights , abit dirty) we didn't feel unsafe thought and it was close by foot everything! We walked the whole Palermo by feet and return home all at a distance of less than two km .

We killed two cockroaches in the kitchen but I think they came from outside !! Because the place looked very clean ! The noise was really disturbing either from the road or from the people in the shared kitchen . They woke us up many times .

the room was big and clean, there was a lot of space and the bathroom was great. The breakfast was ok because there was choices. The host was really nice and the cleaning ladies to !

Even if there was choices the breakfast was not really good the quality of the food was pretty bad. The neighbourhood is really not the best, smelly and dirty, but you can gave access to the principal station quite simply do go wherever you want. Maybe its because of that but the hall and the kitchen were really smelly to it's was not comfortable.
