1997 Stays Galway

Very clean and perfectly located for our time in Galway visiting UHG and the cleaning lady was so polite and helpful.

Was not value for money though, room very narrow for the 4 poster bed that we nearly needed a step ladder to get up on to... my 70 yr old mum needed to use the wall to push herself up on to the bed. There no TV and no breakfast included .. at the price paid you wud have expected at least a Continental Breakfast...

The location was very close to University of Galway where I was attending an event. I was able to walk in early evening light to the venue. Returning to Mocha later that night it was dark and wet but I felt relatively safe.

I know Mocha could not control the weather but I was wet and cold on return and there was no access to a hairdryer. I enjoyed a cup of tea in the room but a little biscuit would have been delightful. I would have liked Wi-fi password to be visible in the room or perhaps included with my booking number /keyless password.

It was perfect for what we needed easy access with code lock clean and warm arrived at our own times up an gone no fuss

Just a place to stay for the night , easy arrive and get on with it. Decent shower / heating and comfy bed

Lack of some usual comforts . No coffee ,no tv , no curtains.. Lack of maintenance One socket on wall not working and had a long extension from the other socket but 2 of the 4 gang extension were also faulty. ( Room 4 ) Dont want to be too critical . There was tea and kettle so bring your own coffee if thats what you drink. There is blinds in the bedrooms but not in the bathrooms ( frosted glass) And if you are visiting from uk etc as long as your roaming is set up you can watch stuff on your phone but you may need a vpn to access your content on netflix etc....
