Good location, right across one of the university entrances, easy 20-min walk to town centre. Very clean room, pleasantly decorated. Water carafe and kettle a nice surprise. Really comfy bed. It is a very small room (double bed with single bunk) with barely room to walk around the bed, but we didn't mind as we were only there to sleep.

Unfortunately, heating wasn't working properly so room was super cold. Water from sink tap wasn't hot either - didn't try the shower.

The self check in was easy

We stayed In a bedroom with 2 beds: one double and a single bunk bed with the worst mattress ever and so unstable that I feared it’d fall apart. The bathroom had no hot water, so taking a shower during the cold weather was impossible. We tried for the whole first day to contact the management by all means with no success no reply until the last night.

Location and room are great

No breakfast.....location was reasonable

Room was small & beds were noisy, only one hard pillow supplied for each person. No heating or hot tap water. Although there were some tea bags supplied there was no option of coffee. Blinds on window not closing very well to block out street lights

Quite, near the centre good facility to park the car. The staff it's was helpful

Just took while to get the code to get in. I never got the code by mail. Than i have to ring to find. Should have a signal to show where we have to go. No even a signal on the door. The shower the hot water it's doesn't have hot water.

Location convenience to University and city. Cleanliness. Comfortable bed. Discount in coffee shop for breakfast.

Only minor, having bathroom separated from bedroom, without key code or key, so open to other guests? In the bathroom a few hooks and /or chair would be helpful. Toiletries included on booking.com - only bars soap (which were lovely) but no shampoo etc good to know! Too much furniture in room - taking up space.
