"Dirty, hot, noisy."

Ease of communication.

It wasn't clean. The bed sheet had stains on it. The bed had hair in it. The toilet was filthy. Items in the shower were dirty. The heating was too high and had to open the windows to a constantly / really noisy street.

Nothing

Everything. The place/room doesn't look like pictures. Has a washing machine outside rooms. Let alone finding drug paraphernalia tucked in the coffee and tea area. Was very unimpressed. Will never come back
