Quiet cosy rooms

Room was clean

Firstly, I was given the wrong access code for my room. The code provided actually opened a different room, and I accidentally walked in on a couple who were sleeping. This was extremely embarrassing and completely unacceptable from a safety and privacy perspective. Secondly, the TV did not work at all. I contacted the number provided and although the person I spoke to tried to assist, the issue was not resolved. My partner was joining me later, and the lack of a working TV was very disappointing. I had to go and buy toilet paper as less than half a roll was provided. Finally, there was no heating in the room. Both my partner and I were uncomfortably cold throughout the night, which significantly disturbed our sleep. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and did not meet basic expectations.

Location is excellent. Close to station and restaurants

I liked the room visually

The bed hadn't been shaken before my arrival. Then I found my hair from the previous guest. The same thing happened in the bathroom. And they gave me access to more blankets in case I was cold, but these were damp and had an unpleasant smell.
