A bit expensive for a room close to the main road. Warm inside

Super nice room with a comfy bed. Everything well maintained and clean. The hosts were very nice and we had good conversations. A perfect breakfast the next morning was a great finish of a wonderful stay. We would book again.

The hosts were friendly and the breakfast was exceptional. The property was clean and easily located. Sam the dog let us know when we arrived but other than that didn't hear from him at all.

Tissues could have been provided if possible.

The BnB is absolutely stunning, the room was perfect, had a really comfortable bed and the en-suite was immaculate. There was a lovely decked area and plenty of places to sit outside in the sunshine. The dining facilities were also lovely and the hosts allowed us to cook whenever we wanted etc. Gillian and James are the perfect hosts and it really made our entire roadtrip staying with them. We couldn’t have asked for more especially over the Christmas period they welcomed us into their home and made us feel like family. We are so grateful to have stayed here, and Sam their dog is just the sweetest boy in the world! Thank you so much guys🫶🏼

The place was spotless, friendly owners, well situated for visiting family in Hawera
