I loved everything about this place. It is quiet, located in a safe neighborhood, and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff are very polite, professional, and always willing to help. The property is centrally located in Kigali, making it easy to get around by taxi or bike. They also offer a decent breakfast.

I can't comment on this as I didn't takes meals there.

Light security light throughout the night. I could not sleep as the light penetrated through the section with white curtains

Convenient location, clean, well kept place, helpful and friendly staff, nice breakfast, and good value / service.

Steep access and older place. But it is well maintained and you can't avoid hills in Rwanda.

I liked that the place was clean, beautiful and closer to most amenities like cafes, a supermarket, restaurants etc. It's also enjoyable for walks around the neighborhood. Breakfast was also good and the shower was splendid.

I didn't like that they have their own much higher dollar conversion rate than the current one, it ended up being more expensive, especially for anyone without dollars or on a specific budget. We found this out when we were checking in and not before when booking, we were quite surprised. The rooms were small and on a per person sharing basis. The bathroom was clean but had a bad stench.
