Very friendly host . Breakfast with local specialities. Nice clean rooms. It is an an old farm house and they still age balsamico (20 years) in the attic. Close to the center of Modena

The location is simply marvellous. A traditional "villa" reworked to be a perfect alternative to anonimous hotels. Charging station for EV, with cheap rates. Super breakfast with dishes (sweet and salted) for every taste- available even products without lactose! Large room with warm colors and very nice bathroom

Amazing B&B Paolo is a super host and made sure to assist in everything we needed Sent us events in the area and assisted with dinner reservation The rooms are very big and very clean with a great fresh smell Breakfast was amazing with home made cakes Eveything was fresh prepared Private parking and easy access to Modena and to all the car museums in the area We will come back if we will be be again in the area Highly recommended ! All was excellent

The property was in a great location and close to attractions. This gorgeous family restored home has a seperate wing for guests with all amenities you require. Spotlessly clean modern decor with comfortable beds. The continental breakfast provided was fresh and tasty. We had a cooking class with the hosts which we cooked and ate after. Highly recommend booking this!

Nothing - loved the property and hosts.

I cannot recommend Le Noci di Feo highly enough! We were late arriving (courtesy of Locauto car rental – definitely not recommended) however Paolo gave us a very warm welcome. He’d even arranged with a local restaurant to feed us, notwithstanding the kitchens had closed more than ½ hour earlier. The house itself is beautiful and was a working farm until the 90’s. The name originates from Paolo’s father’s love of the Walnut tree (Le Noci di Feo) Our visit was to go and see the Ferrari museums for my son’s 12th birthday. If anyone is planning to visit ‘motor valley’ as this area of Italy is called and you are lucky enough to stay in Paolo’s house you will find a host who is both knowledgeable and welcoming. He simply could not do enough for us and made our trip truly memorable. A really lovely stay with a brilliant host in a gorgeous property. My son is already trying to persuade us to book for a return visit next year!
