You are welcomed to Paolo's home. Everything is well appointed Well furnished bedroom that has double glazed windows. Big dining area for breakfast. Great recommendations to local restaurants. Easy parking.

Are you looking for the perfect accommodation? You have found it. A new, modern house, secure parking at the house, comfortable rooms, a delicious breakfast and a friendly, helpful host. What more could you want? If you have any questions, ask Paolo. He has the best tips, whether for restaurants, Aceto de Balsamico, cheese, ham, Lambrusco... And if you have the opportunity to cook tortelloni with Paolo and his lovely family, say yes. It's a great experience!

"Treat yourself to be treated like royalty"

Paolo and his wife Titiana are superb hosts! We were impressed the entire visit by their hospitality, the information they gave us, and the sense of dedication we felt from them. We were given a tour of a local balsamic vinegar producer at no charge, and the restaurant two blocks away was as good as any we had gone to in Bologna or Parma. And everyone seemed to know and love Paolo. Center Modena is just a short drive from the b&b, so the location works too, as it is very quiet and set so far back from the road that the evenings are perfectly quiet, except for the occasional sound of a Ferrari.

Everything was fantastic the building, the room the location and the breakfast food and hospitality. Paolo the host is friendly, helpful and accommodating.
