Location. Stunning views. Phil went out of his way to ensure that we had the best time, and was a great conversationalist.

Nothing really. The property could do with some updating of furniture and furnishings, but this is not a complaint.

一次非常完美的体验，房东十分热情，带我们参观整个房子。房东是一个很有生活的人，养了一只很肥的羊，超级可爱。给了我们一些旅行和餐馆的建议。房子风景非常好，很漂亮，值得说的是早餐很完美，是我来新西兰住过的几家民宿里早餐最丰盛好吃的，很推荐！

"A great host and priceless lake views"

Phil was a great host. Having multiple people staying in a house is always risky, but Phil's setup is great. We felt we had privacy and our room was quiet. The view of Lake Te Anau from the front of the house is marvellous. Phil also knows the area and can offer helpful advice plus he's good to chat with. Will stay again, I'm sure.
