Everything was perfect, Luca, the host is super friendly and nice, the room is great, the balcony is huge. The breakfast was also awesome! There’s a big grocery in 5mins walk distance, the city center is in 25mins.

Super clean property and rooms in a fantastic quiet location of Modena, close to the Ferrari museum and Maserati museum an only 6 mins drive to the centre of Modena. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of options even vegan and veggie options! The staff was so friendly and accommodating! We would stay here for sure on our next trip to Modena!
