"Amazing and will return if ever back in the Bay."

We had everything we needed. The fridge was stocked with a yummy breakfast of toast and crossiants, ham, cheese and spreads. Plus juice AND couple of beers to enjoy after a long day. Gwen was also so friendly and there to meet and farewell us. The fact I could bring my dog was a huge drawcard too.

Facilities, breakfast, cleanliness, etc all great.

Traffic noise. Light from front steps couldn’t be turned off so illuminated the room at night.

Friendly and welcoming hosts. Very clean and nicely decorated. Excellent breakfast lots of choice and lots of it. Good location to dog parks, shops, and short driving distance to Napier centre. Dog friendly.

Room was facing main road so traffic noise night. Although expected as this was stated up front in information on booking site.
