"Amazing stay"

Great welcome and cosy bar adorned with historical local scenes. The bedroom modern, clean, comfortable. Evening meal a delight as was breakfast. Great location super facilities.

"Everything we were looking for in a short break."

Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and freshly made to order. Staff were friendly and informative, and also engaged.

The Masons Arms was a good place to stay and we witnessed several repeat customers, especially fishermen. The locals are not forgotten, and this enhances the establishment. Nothing untoward to comment on.

"Brilliant staff"

The staff were very helpful, I can’t praise them enough. Old fashioned country pub with a friendly atmosphere. Our room was clean, modern and the best fluffy towels.

Basic room but modernised bathroom . Historic pub. It was very clean. Very friendly staff and service. Good pub food and breakfast had very good options. Very pleasant village and close to Berwick.

Needs better pillows or maybe I just prefer fuller pillow.

"Have stayed here a few times but don’t feel as welcomed as I have in the past as a solo traveler."

Location is lovely and peaceful out of the way and a good base to visit the area with beautiful surrounding walks along the tweed. Food was nice and hearty with generous portions. Clean Attentive staff and helped when I had an issue and it was sorted immediately. Bedding and towels smelt lovely Good for solo

Pillows and bed wasn’t too comfy TV was not smart would be nice to log in with Netflix. Shower was a bit slow Coffee Room amenities were bit

Boven alle verwachtingen aangenaam verrast. Onze kamer en badkamer waren ruim en zeer schoon. Zeer praktisch en ruimtelijk ingericht. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en gastvrij. Een voorgenomen parel! Winkels en natuur.👍

We wilden langer blijven, maar alles was al voor het wekend volgeboekt.
