Wonderful hosts who provided lots of information and are very attentive to their guests. Very good and diverse breakfast with a large serving. The rooms are very clean and the whole house is well decorated and maintained.

Suggest to provide a hairdryer in the room.

Zo’n fijne schone mooie kamer met nieuwe badkamers vriendelijke mensen die overal mee hielpen. Ik kan alleen in superlatieven spreken over deze locatie. Ook de ligging is perfect.

Friendly and helpful staff and owners. Very personable - nothing was too much trouble. The room size was perfect for my family (2 adults/1 child). Comfortable beds. Bathroom was a great size and shower was lovely. Location was ideal - in the old town and just a 5mins walk to the City Palace, Pichola and restaurants. Made good recommendations for sites and restaurants. Yoga on the rooftop available when requested.

Les chambres et équipements sont confortables . Eau chaude automatique. La situation est idéale pour visiter , les commerces sont a proximité. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et fait au fur et à mesure. L’accueil, la gentillesse et le service est exceptionnel.Voyage en famille, je recommande.

The hospitality was top notch. We were treated like guests in a typical North Indian family, not a hotel. This stay was definitely the highlight of our Udaipur trip. Their breakfasts were amazing as well.

Beautiful home right in the thick of old town. You’ll love seeing everyday life (and chaotic traffic) right outside the door. The views of the Palace from the comfortable rooftop at night are gorgeous. The room is clean and the hosts can’t do enough to make your stay comfortable. Be ready for lots of steps if you’re on the top floor but well worth it, and the host staff will haul luggage up and down for you. Highly recommend.

A little pricey compared to other places but it’s a nice experience.

We felt that this is exactly how a guesthouse should be. The owners were welcoming, helpful but not intrusive but someone was always there if we needed anything including arranging a tour with a tuktuk for the day to sightsee outside Udaipur including the Monsoon Palace. Ideal location to walk to the centre of Udaipur. Tea was always offered on our return to the guesthouse. The bed was very comfortable with lovely pillows and quilt. Breakfasts were freshly made with Indian and European options including fresh fruit and juice.

The hosts were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful. From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and at home. They made sure we understood exactly where we were in relation to all the major sightseeing attractions but also gave lots of suggestions for smaller, more personal things like where to buy good Gulab Juman if we wanted a sweet treat. We were offered tea every time we came back to the house and on one occasion they went out to buy my wife a sieve so she could try the tea leaves she had bought from a market. They never tried to sell anything and didn't ask for payment for any of the extra things they did for us. The room itself was large, comfortable and immaculately clean (as was the whole building). Breakfast was different each day and was both delicious and plentiful. The guest house is located directly behind the city palace and made a great base for exploring the old town of Udaipur. Definitely one of our most relaxing and rewarding stays in India and we would strongly recommend it to anyone who is visiting the area.
