The Coast Yard welcomes dogs in our garden rooms (Nos. 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10) only. There is a limit of two dogs per room. On arrival, there will be a charge of £15. per dog.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.

Clean and comfortable room in a nice neighbourhood that had everything we needed. Exceptional breakfast to start the day.

"A little gem in Selsey"

Damon was a most interesting and informative gentleman who understands what good hospitality means. He communicated with us prior to and during our visit in a friendly manner. Our room was light and airy and had a sofa and table. The bathroom was large with space to put toiletries. He suggested places to eat so my husband ate at The Vault whilst I ate the soup he offered. Damon had many indoor plants in the reception area and breakfast room, which as gardeners, we loved. The back garden looked lovely. Breakfast was divine. Beautifully cut and arranged fruit, yoghurt, and cereals before delivering a delicious cooked breakfast. Free parking was a bonus after paying outrageous amounts to park in some places.
